Clinical Process Improvement Program
Course Overview
This course provides an overview of a process improvement methodology. It covers, at a high level, the tools necessary to conduct projects that improve quality and safety. Applying these tools to a problem with an opportunity for improvement will allow the learner to translate theory into action.
